1 hour story package dedicated to an impromptu, in the moment story including all digital images supplied. Printed items can be added in due course.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a session with Captured By Viktoria (Viktoria Naylor), you agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before portraits/events or 30 days before weddings. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or as otherwise arranged. Cancellation & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel. Sessions may be rescheduled (subject to availability) with at least 14 days’ notice for portraits/events or 30 days’ notice for weddings. If Viktoria must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, all monies paid will be refunded in full. Coverage & Style Viktoria photographs in a natural, candid, timeless style. You are welcome to suggest important moments, but the final artistic direction rests with Viktoria. Please note: RAW/unedited files are not supplied. Image Delivery Weddings: 6–8 weeks Portraits & Events: 2–3 weeks A small preview selection will be shared within 7 days of your session. Usage Rights Viktoria retains copyright of all images. You are granted a personal use license: images may be printed, shared with family and friends, and posted on social media (credit to Captured By Viktoria is appreciated). Images cannot be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission. Albums & Prints Albums, framed prints, and other keepsakes are available as add-ons to any package. Liability Viktoria will take every reasonable care but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond her control (weather, venue restrictions, late arrivals, etc.). In the unlikely event of complete photographic failure, liability is limited to a refund of all monies paid. Privacy & Consent Unless otherwise requested, Viktoria may use select images for her website, portfolio, and social media. If you prefer privacy, please notify her at the time of booking. By submitting a booking and paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
